The Convergence of Rhythms

Over the course of this performance I enact “free-drumming”, which consists of drumming influenced by virtual elements and sounds that are generated and manipulated by the body through motion tracking. I become part of a cosmic world of clicking drumsticks, floating snare drums, figures made up of particles, and a sonic drones and audio clips which create a conversational exchange and fuel the physical body’s movement and drumming.
